The Department has initiated the Common School Exam Portal at https://schooledu.ap.gov.in/SIMS20 (or) https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/login.htm in order to facilitate teachers and school heads in accessing this information below. In particular, teachers and school heads can benefit from the recording of marks for all those students whose marks weren’t documented until now (ie FA1, FA2 SA1 SA3, SA2, and FA3); from 13 March until 17 March 2017 until 5 pm there will be provision for recording their marks (i.e FA1 FA2 SA1, FA2 SA1 SA1, FA2 SA1 SA3, SA2 and FA3) which opens from 13 March until 17 March 2017 until 5 pm; managers with accessing this portal that are eligible.

CSE AP New Student Admissions Process

• Visit the Student Information Management System website portal.
• Log into HM/MEO/DEO using your school DISE code, username, and password.
• From the drop-down menu “Services”, choose the option.
• Follow the link for New Student Registration, then choose “New Registration Form”.
• Thereafter, enter your child’s Aadhaar number.
• Additional information will then appear and can be completed to complete registration.

Student Data Entry, Addition of New Schools and Child Information in UDISE Using Child Info 2022

• Navigate to your CSE AP website page and select the Student Information System menu on the homepage.
• It will open a brand new page featuring various districts – simply choose your district from this selection, select it again.
• Then another one opens up for entering Aadhaar numbers, DISE Codes and Passwords for authentication purposes.
• Enter the captcha number, then click “Child Details”. From here, a menu will display details for a child:

1. edit student details
2. Activated for dropout services.
3. TC release/dropout.
4. Add new student.
5. Transfer Certificate.

• For instance: Just click The Data Entry Button then Select The TC Tab then DB Password before being taken to another page.
• That allows users to enter School Name, Class-6 Medium Gender Class Numbers as well as Gender.
• From this new page it is also possible to search students who attended TC from that school.
• Enter mandatory information such as date of departure and number, admission number and reason. Check that everything is accurate before clicking submit.

The process of SA1, SA2 CSE is entered through the CSEAP Portal 2022

• For the CSE AP official website visit cse.ap.gov.in
• At the top of your page select “Student Option.”
• Enter your username, password and captcha code.
• Before choosing from the CSE drop down to choose the language of class, student and “Go”.
• In Students tab click map of student secondary language then Submit button.
• Next, click CCE and then on Academic Performance Assessment tab.
• Input your student’s name, class and medium of assessment before clicking Continue.
• A successful click will provide all the needed details.
• Enter student data according to his/her marks, activities in co-curricular and submission status before clicking Submit.
• You may edit any details by selecting the Edit tab in Academic Performance Assessment.
